360 degree photography is a technique in which the photographer uses a special camera to take a 360 degree panoramic photo. Not only does this give a perfect overview of the room, but as a viewer, you can also decide where to look. This will give you a very realistic view of the space.

When multiple 360-degree photos are taken of different areas of a house, it is possible to create a virtual tour, where you, the viewer, can click from one room to another. This becomes totally awesome when combined with Virtual Reality (VR) glasses. You see the space completely around you when you put on such glasses, which feels as if you are present in the space yourself.

With Boykeys, you can opt for individual 360-degree photos, which we then convert to a Virtual Tour on Funda, or for Matterport.

how does MATTERPORT work?

INTERACTIVE 3D SCAN OF YOUR PROPERTY.

With the Matterport product, the photographer creates a detailed 3D scan of your property using one of the latest 360-degree cameras. This scan offers viewers three different ways to look at a property:

1. as a virtual tour (which can also be viewed with Virtual Reality glasses)
2. as a 3D floor plan
3. as a“Doll house“, an interactive cross-section of the home.

This combination provides the most complete picture of a property online and gives visitors a complete impression of your property.
